The Southern Mantis and Rattan Ring training materials are my way of spreading the art of Southern Praying Mantis. They should be considered supplamental materials and are intended for students and SPM enthusiasts. Each video deals with key fundamental concepts necessary for self-defense. Learning Martial Arts through video has its benefits but cannot replace the direct teacher to student experience. For training you can feel confident in it is important to learn hands on from an instructor.
